Pryes Brewing: Craft Brewery with a Variety of Sours and Midwest IPAs

Pryes has a nice combo of atmosphere, good service and great beer. Pizza was a bit on the undercooked side, but still tasted good with solid ingredients. I love their beer selection, which is their main draw anyway. If you’re looking for a top shelf brewery near downtown, make your way over to Pryes soon!

Pryes is a great brewery. The beers are all excellent i really enjoy Miraculum and the gold. The space is wonderful inside and out right by the river. Fair warning If you line up you will be waiting a long time for mediocre service. If you don’t want to wait you can order from the super convenient qr code and you are forced to tip 20% (im not anti tipping)

Really awesome brewery with many different beers to offer and a ton of seating! I remember going here when there was a wall just beyond the rolling stone game (idk the name of the game?) And the patio was just half of the parking lot. The expansion has been amazing to witness and the beers keep getting better! The food program is delicious too! 4 stars is due to the dirty table I unknowingly sat at and discovered later and the lack of flight options during this visit. They explained that they stopped flights due to some private events but I went at a time when it would have not been an issue at all so that was disappointing. Otherwise awesome brewery to visit!

My partner and I love Pryes. The beer is great and it's easy to order food with tipping integrated into the prices. 20% gratuity added to the drinks seems pretty steep though so you kind of have to get their "2 drinks" special to get the price down to a reasonable amount. We got the vegan pizza with the vegan cheese which was $20 (again including gratuity), and for that much money we were disappointed with how small it was. It was really delicious, but I don't think we can make coming here a regular occurrence except maybe for just drinks.

Massive place with an awesome outdoor space. Beer is well above average. Didn’t have a chance to try any food but it looked awesome. Good service. Came during Oktoberfest so they had a band playing and a goat petting place. Rent-a-sauna is a cool concept. Enjoyed discovering a new game: feather bowling!

Happy to find Pryes was open for lunch on a Monday morning of sightseeing along the river. We enjoyed the drinks and shared 3 pizzas. I like that service we included. Great place for lunch and/of Happy Hour!

Great beer and delicious pizza. Ordered a margherita pizza and a vegan mushroom pizza. Both were spot on. I enjoyed my flight of sour beers and my husband took advantage of the buy 2 special. You scan the QR code and they bring everything right to the table. Will definitely return and next time we'll take a stroll down by the river

Super fun and unique brewery in a competitive craft beer scene in MN. Their beer is always top notch, service is great, and parking is relatively easy. The parking lot is large and shares with the Bouldering Project. They have a spacious outdoor seating area and the seating indoors is plentiful as well. They also have a cool game I have only seen here. Don't remember the name, but you roll a wooden cylinder and try to land it close to a feather. Anyways, can't wait to return soon to this brewery!
